Windsurfing Canada (WC) holds annual Canadian Windsurfing Championships to determine the top Canadian Man, Woman, Youth male and female windsurfer in Course racing, in Slalom and Freestyle. The WC "Rainbow Outreach" program enables youth to get into a fit for life sport that will provide them with positive directions, role models and a life long road to both mental and physical health. Windsurfing Canada helps develop our future olympians in their strive for excellence in windsurfing for Canada.

Canadian Womans Windsurf Champion, Andree Gauthier is organising a training camp for racers who want to improve their skills.
Cost is $50 for both days. Top racer, Ian Matthews, will be the coach, with the focus begin on improving skills in tacking, jybing, mark rounding, tactic, high wind sailing.  Please contact andree.gauthier@rogers.com to sign up. 6 spots left, book soon to avoid dissapointment.

TWC Instructor Simon Rickard will walk you through a special Tips clinic focussed on improving your windsurfing skills.  From beginner to expert Simon can help you improve your windsurfing. Simon will have a Q&A after his clinic to answer your specific windsurfing questions.

Champion racer and instructor Ian Mathews will teach you everything you ever wanted to know about sail control. Learn how Ian is able to maintain his spot on the start line in all conditions, turn on a dime when tacking and he will teach you skills for carving through your gybes. There will be a  Q&A after his clinic.

Olympic Windsurfer Murray McCaig at TWC 
Murray will be providing onwater coaching to all youth participating in the TWC Wednesday night race.
After the race 730-830pm, Murray will talk about how to quickly improve your windsurfiing skills. His tips will benefit both novice windsurfers and racers. He will be available for a question and answer period following

Toronto Windsurfing Club is offering a special $20 introduction to windsurfing lesson, holiday Monday May 23, 930am-1230pm. Spots are limited, by Pre-registration only. Everything needed is provided, from wetsuit/steamer to booties, board and sail. Space is limited so reserve early.

 TWC Windsurfer in Training for 8-12 year olds in Toronto / GTA
WC is helping organise kids program

The Toronto Windsurfing Club is introducing a Windsurfer in Training pilot program for the 2010 season. It's aim is to introduce youths age 8-12 to the basics of understanding wind patterns and rigging and create a bridge to windsurfing.
The pilot program runs for 6 wee ks starting Thursday, July 8 at 6pm.
DATE: July 8th  
TIME:   6:00pm
LOCATION:  TWC Club House
Duration: 6 consecutive weeks

Toronto Windsurfing Clubs 2010 First Wednesday night fun racing starts in May, 6pm Sharp, on the water. (Best to arrive at 5pm to setup if you can) This is open to TWC club members and non members alike. A great way to breakup the week and extend your summer sailing season. Get a race number from Windsurfing Canada and join in on the fun race. The race numbers will help committe boat to keep track of racers and their positions. Pay as you go BBQ at beach to follow Race. All Racers are welcome (If you are a visiting racer and need to borrow a board for a race, so that you can participate, please contact TWC LTW co-ordinator Andrew lazsadi learn_to_windsurf@yahoo.ca

Windsurfing Canada is looking for donations/sponsorship for it's new "Rainbow O utreach" program. Based on the successful Sail the Rainbow program implemented 2 years ago, it builds on that multilevel Learn to Windsurf program for kids for all ages from 7 to 70. The program is designed to promote safe windsurfing and its healthy lifes tyle that can keep you fit for life. There are subsidized spots for kids that c javascript"> an't afford to learn to windsurf.
