The Toronto Windsurfing Club is introducing a Windsurfer in Training pilot program for the 2010 season. It's aim is to introduce youths age 8-12 to the basics of understanding wind patterns and rigging and create a bridge to windsurfing. The pilot program runs for 6 wee
